1.Multilayer Barrier Structure for Low Coolant Permeability

The tube wall uses an EVOH/PA composite barrier layer extrusion process. Its gas and liquid permeability coefficients are significantly lower than those of conventional single-layer EPDM tubing. This effectively prevents long-term evaporation of ethylene glycol solutions from causing concentration changes, while also preventing external oxygen from entering the tube and causing oxidation and corrosion of metal components. This is a key performance advantage that is difficult to achieve with conventional rubber hoses.

2.Low-Ion-Leaching Materials for Maintaining Cold Plate Cleanliness

The inner wall of the tube uses a specially formulated material with low calcium content and low metal-ion migration. This helps prevent material leaching from increasing coolant conductivity during long-term circulation, thereby reducing the risk of scaling and blockage in copper tubes and microchannels inside cold plates. This is particularly important for precision electronic cooling systems.

3.High-Strength Fiber Braided Reinforcement for Stable Pressure Resistance

The tube uses aramid fiber or stainless steel wire braided reinforcement combined with circular co-extrusion molding. The ratio between working pressure and burst pressure is controlled within a safe range, allowing the tube to maintain long-term sealing stability even under frequent connection and disconnection, vibration, and other rack operating conditions, while reducing the risk of leakage.

4.Good Flexibility for High-Density Routing

The tube wall thickness and hardness are optimized in combination to achieve a small minimum bending radius. The tube can be repeatedly bent and routed through confined rack spaces without collapsing or kinking, helping maintain stable coolant flow and avoiding increased local flow resistance.

5.Flame Retardant and Anti-Static Performance for Data Center Safety

The tube material incorporates halogen-free flame retardants and achieves a UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating.
