China Super Tech Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise specializing in the research and manufacturing of liquid cooling stainless steel piping systems. It is located in Beijing, China. Since its establishment in 2015, we have been deeply engaged in the stainless steel piping industry for 11 years and have now developed into a modern comprehensive enterprise integrating material research and development, precision manufacturing, global sales, and technical services.
We focus on providing high-performance stainless steel pipeline solutions for advanced technologies such as AI server liquid cooling, energy storage thermal management, food processing, and medical equipment. Currently, China Super Tech products have been exported to over 20 countries and regions worldwide, serving more than 600 industrial customers, with an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of stainless steel pipes.

We manage the entire production chain ourselves, using a complete set of production equipment from Germany, starting from raw material procurement, through pipe forming, welding, surface treatment, and final inspection. 100% automated TIG welding with real-time parameter monitoring. Every pipe undergoes hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5 MPa for 5 minutes (or Helium leak test ≤ 1×10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s), ensuring zero leakage before delivery.

Internal mechanical polishing reduces surface roughness to Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, minimizing fluid boundary layer resistance and preventing flow velocity decay over time.

CNC forming and multi-step calibration achieve strict tolerances: OD tolerance ±0.05 mm, wall thickness tolerance ±0.03 mm, ensuring direct plug-and-play compatibility with cooling system assemblies without on-site rework.
