Exceptional leak-proof and pressure-resistant performance

Unlike the conventional ordinary argon arc welding in the industry, we adopt the automated track TIG welding process, with the weld depth reaching 100%. This eliminates false welding and gas pores. Combined with the material properties of 316L stainless steel with 2% molybdenum added, it can resist the micro-electrolytic corrosion of coolant while being able to withstand a sudden water hammer impact of up to 2.5 MPa, completely eliminating the occurrence of liquid leakage in the machine room.

Low flow resistance and high heat exchange efficiency

The inner wall of the pipeline is treated with electrolytic polishing technology, which uses electrochemical dissolution to remove microscopic burrs on the surface, reducing the roughness of the inner wall to Ra ≤ 0.4 μm. This not only reduces the flow resistance of the cooling fluid by more than 30%, reducing the energy consumption of the circulating pump, but also prevents micro-particles from adhering to the pipe wall, ensuring long-term stable heat dissipation performance.

Ultra-long lifespan and maintenance-free design

The external surface layer is treated with acid pickling and passivation, resulting in the formation of a dense chromium-rich oxide film (Cr2O3) with a thickness greater than 2nm. This passivation film enables the pipeline to maintain excellent resistance to salt spray and chloride ion pitting even in a high-temperature and high-humidity computer room environment of 40℃/90%RH. The designed service life exceeds 20 years, achieving maintenance-free throughout the entire life cycle.

In such environments, the concentration of chloride ions in the air is high, and ordinary metal pipes are highly prone to stress corrosion cracking. Our 316L material combined with the passivation process has constructed a dual defense line of both physical and chemical nature against chloride ion corrosion, ensuring that the cooling pipelines will not be penetrated even under harsh external conditions, thus guaranteeing the continuous operation of the data center.

Immersion-type and cold plate-type liquid cooling cabinets (CDU)

The liquid cooling system has extremely high requirements for the chemical compatibility of the pipelines, and there are frequent internal water hammer effects. The high-strength welding and low-resistance design of this product perfectly match the ethylene glycol water solution or fluorinated liquid circulation inside the CDU. It can withstand the pressure fluctuations caused by frequent start-stop operations and does not react chemically with any types of cooling fluids.

Why not choose copper pipes or plastic pipes (PVC/PPR) with lower costs for the cooling pipelines in data centers?

Copper pipes are prone to pitting corrosion in environments with chloride ions, and they have low hardness, which makes them prone to deformation under water hammer impact. Although plastic pipes are corrosion-resistant, they have an oxygen permeation problem, which can cause oxidation of other metal components inside the system, and they have poor pressure resistance and aging resistance. Our 316L stainless steel pipes undergo electrolytic polishing and passivation treatment, combining the high strength of metals, zero permeability, and extreme corrosion resistance. Their service life lasts up to 20 years, and the overall holding cost is much lower than that of copper pipes and plastic pipes.

Liquid leakage often occurs at the welds and joints. In addition, all factory-purchased pipelines undergo helium leak testing and pressure retention tests at 1.5 times the working pressure. The leakage rate is lower than 1×10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s, physically preventing the possibility of leakage.
