Industry Standards for Corrugated Stainless Steel Pipes
Industry standards for corrugated stainless steel pipes mainly cover fields such as gas transmission, fluid connections, and instrumentation. Different application scenarios correspond to different standard systems.
From October 1, 2025, related products must pass the national mandatory certification (CCC certification), and ordinary types cannot be used in mobile gas equipment.
The latest mandatory national standard, implemented from August 1, 2024, fully replaces GB/T 41317-2022.
The selection of corrugated stainless steel pipes must comply with industry standards (such as GTB14525), and appropriate specifications should be selected based on the characteristics of the medium, temperature, pressure, and displacement. For example, pipelines transporting steam require corrugated pipes with higher pressure resistance (such as 4.0 MPa), while corrosive media require 316L or duplex stainless steel. Furthermore, the connection method (such as flange connection) must match the piping system to ensure convenient installation and reliable sealing.
