In most cases, the medium contains trace amounts of chloride ions or the machine room is in an coastal environment. The 304 material cannot withstand for a long time, leading to pitting corrosion. Our experience is: for inland conventional pure water/ethylene glycol systems, 304 stainless steel can be selected for liquid cooling control; for coastal, submerged, and high-density cluster liquid cooling, it is recommended to use the entire line of 316L stainless steel liquid cooling pipes. We will conduct complete degreasing, passivation, and airtightness tests before leaving the factory, blocking corrosion and leakage from the material source.
